Start with the log. End with a house that documents itself.

A great deal of agricultural technology is announced as a platform and delivered as a demonstration. We are going the other way. Each stage below is built to produce the specific dataset the next stage needs, which is why the order is not negotiable and why we will not sell you Stage Four in a Stage One meeting.

Stage One is the only thing you can buy today. The rest is stated intent with a stated price of entry: each stage has to hand the next one a dataset that does not exist yet. That is the strategy, not a caveat. Nobody owns the multi-year record of what a given broiler house actually does — not the integrator, not the controller vendor. We intend to.

The sequence

Each stage produces the data the next one needs.

Stage one · Now

PoultraIQ Daily

Gate: none to begin. In development.

Manual-entry daily house log with rolling-baseline anomaly detection and explained flags. Zero hardware. The purpose of this stage is a documented detection-lead-time result and the first paying accounts.

Stage two · Next

PoultraIQ Brief

Gate: PoultraIQ Daily in production use across multiple houses with enough logged history to summarize.

A daily written summary generated from the logged record — what changed, what was flagged, what the prior crew noted, and what is worth looking at first this morning. This is a layer on top of PoultraIQ Daily data, not a separate purchase.

Stage three · Later

PoultraIQ Platform

Gate: paying customers on multiple sites asking for cross-house and cross-cycle views, plus at least one controller or sensor integration partner.

The connective layer: multiple houses and multiple cycles in one operating view, cycle history, task and event records, and integrations that pull readings automatically from controllers and sensors already installed rather than requiring manual entry.

Stage four · Horizon

PoultraIQ Twin

Gate: sensor-level data flowing automatically, and a demonstrated demand for spatial rather than tabular analysis.

A spatial model of the house — layout, ventilation zones, sensor placement, equipment position — so that a flag can be located in the house rather than only in a table. It requires a data density that only Stage Three can generate, which is precisely why it is fourth and not first.
