Information we collect

When you use the inquiry form on this site, you choose what to send us: your name, email address, organization, interest area, number of houses, and the content of your message. We also receive standard technical information that any web server or hosting provider records, such as browser type, device type, approximate location derived from an IP address, and the pages requested.

The inquiry form uses a mailto: action. Submitting it opens a message in your own email application rather than storing anything in a website database. Nothing you type into the form reaches us until you send that email yourself.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use first-party analytics or account-tracking cookies. It may load third-party resources such as web fonts, and those providers may record standard request information under their own policies.

Pilot participant data

Operating data submitted by pilot participants — daily log entries, flags, notes, and related records — is treated as confidential. It is not shared with a participant’s integrator or any third party without written consent. It is used in aggregate and de-identified form only for research reporting.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, to evaluate pilot and advisory fit, to deliver services you have asked for, to maintain and secure the site, and to meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate, with advisors or research collaborators where relevant to an engagement you have initiated, and where required by law or to protect legal rights.

Retention

We keep correspondence and engagement records for as long as needed for the purpose collected and for our legal and business records, then delete or de-identify them.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent us. Write to info@poultraiq.com. You may also simply stop sending us information at any time.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
