Advisory

Poultry operating reality, applied to your product decision.

Most poultry technology fails somewhere between the demonstration and the third month on a working farm. PoultraIQ advises the teams trying not to.

We ran commercial broiler houses for eleven years. That is a narrow qualification and we treat it as one — it does not make us veterinarians, controls engineers, or nutritionists. What it does make us is useful very early, when a team is deciding what to build, where to place it, who is supposed to look at it, and whether anyone on the farm will still be using it after the novelty ends.

Engagements

Three focused engagements.

Weathered hands measuring a small component with calipers on a galvanized workbench, next to an opened sensor housing, a handwritten notebook, wire and a screwdriver, with a fan-ended broiler house in the background.
Most of what fails in a poultry house fails for unglamorous reasons. Advisory work starts there, not at the model.

Boundaries

What we will tell you plainly.

If a concept is unlikely to work on a commercial farm, or if the buyer you are targeting does not control the purchase decision, we will say so in the first conversation rather than in the final report.
